Rang Rasiya required a scalable event management solution to handle registrations, payments, QR-code ticketing and guest check-ins for an 11-day Garba event with a capacity of up to 25,000 guests per day. The event also required efficient on-spot registration, live reporting and dedicated manpower for registration and entry management.
Solution
Wowsly provided an end-to-end digital event management solution for Rang Rasiya. The setup included an event microsite with event-related information, live reports for registrations, payments and scanning, and QR-code pass generation for sponsors and guests.
The platform also enabled on-spot registration, with QR-code tickets sent to guests through WhatsApp and Email after successful registration. Wowsly implemented an offline-based check-in solution for faster scanning and smoother guest entry. Internet setup, event curation and technical supervision were also included.
A team of 5 manpower resources was provided for registration desk management, scan-in and check-in operations for 11 days.
