Challenge
Divi Garba required a reliable digital system to manage registrations, payments, guest access, QR-code passes and large-scale event check-ins. The solution also needed to support on-spot registrations and smooth operations across multiple event days.
Solution
A complete event technology solution was implemented for Divi Garba, including an event microsite, live registration and payment reports, QR-code pass generation for up to 50,000 guests and sponsors, and on-spot registration with QR tickets delivered through WhatsApp and Email. An offline-based check-in system was also provided for faster scanning and seamless event-day execution, along with internet setup and dedicated technical supervision.

The integrated solution streamlined registration, payment management, QR-pass distribution and event-day check-ins. On-spot registration and automated WhatsApp and Email ticketing simplified guest onboarding, while offline check-in enabled faster scanning.
