Challenge
Managing registrations and guest entry for a 10-day Dandiya event with up to 3,500 guests required a simple and reliable system. The event needed online registration and payment handling, QR-code passes for different guest groups, live registration and payment reports, and a faster way to manage on-ground registrations and check-ins.
Solution
Wowsly provided an end-to-end event management solution for the Dandiya event. This included an event microsite with all important event information, online registration and payment handling, QR-code passes for guests and sponsors, and live reports for registrations, payments, and scanning.
For guests registering on the spot, Wowsly enabled quick registration and QR-code ticket generation through WhatsApp and email. An offline-based check-in solution was also provided to support faster entry and smooth digital pass scanning.
A dedicated tech supervisor supported the event team for 10 days, including manpower training and event-day monitoring.
