Challenge
Raas Ratri required a scalable digital solution to manage registrations, payments, QR-code passes and guest check-ins for a large-scale event. The system also needed to support on-spot registrations, automated ticket delivery and efficient manpower coordination across multiple event days.
Solution
A complete event management technology solution was implemented with an event microsite, live registration and payment reports, and QR-code pass generation for up to 50,000 sponsors and guests. On-spot registration enabled guests to receive QR-code tickets directly through WhatsApp and Email. An offline-based check-in solution was provided for faster scanning, supported by dedicated manpower for scanning, check-in and box-office management.
