Challenge
The event required a centralized digital platform to manage event information, registrations, payments, guest access, QR-code passes and smooth on-ground check-in. The solution also needed to support on-spot registrations and provide a reliable check-in experience even with limited internet connectivity.
Solution
A dedicated event microsite was implemented for Aaradhya - The Divine Circle, providing all event-related information in one place. The system enabled live registration and payment reporting, QR-code pass generation for sponsors and guests, on-spot registration with automated QR tickets through WhatsApp and Email, and an offline-based check-in solution for faster scanning. Internet setup and an on-site technology supervisor were also provided for event-day training and monitoring.
