Challenge
Mandvi × Morphic required a structured digital system to manage a large-scale registration process along with QR-code passes, guest and sponsor registrations, and event-day operations.
The project also required on-spot registration with immediate digital ticket delivery through WhatsApp and Email. In addition, the client needed integration with their official WhatsApp and Email systems along with technical support for event-day operations.
Solution
Wowsly implemented a complete event registration and management solution for Mandvi × Morphic.
The solution included an event microsite containing event-related information and registration functionality. Wowsly provided live reports for registrations, payments, and QR-code scanning, giving the event team centralized visibility into event activity.
QR-code passes were generated and distributed for sponsors and guests. The platform also supported on-spot registration, with QR-code tickets delivered to guests through WhatsApp and Email after successful registration.
Two technical supervisors were provided on the event day to train manpower and monitor the event technology setup.
Wowsly also integrated the client's official WhatsApp registration system and API. A WhatsApp Admin Panel was included free for one year, along with the client's Email integration.
