Challenge
Norta 2025 required a reliable system to manage event registrations, guest information, QR-code passes, payments, and event-day check-ins. With both advance registrations and on-spot registrations, the event team needed a centralized solution for managing guest data and monitoring registrations, payments, and scanning activity in real time.
The event also required smooth digital ticket distribution through WhatsApp and Email, along with a fast and reliable check-in process at the venue.
Solution
Wowsly provided an end-to-end digital event management solution for Norta 2025.
An event microsite was created to provide event-related information and support registrations. Wowsly enabled QR-code pass generation for sponsors and guests, while live reports provided visibility into registrations, payments, and ticket scanning.
The platform also supported on-spot registration, allowing guests to register at the venue and receive QR-code tickets through WhatsApp and Email. For event-day operations, an offline-based check-in solution was used to enable faster scanning and smooth guest entry.
Wowsly also supported internet setup, payment handling, Razorpay integration and commission management, along with a technical supervisor on the event day to assist manpower and monitor the technology setup.
