Challenge
Nav Taali required a reliable event management setup capable of handling registrations, payments, QR-code ticketing and guest entry operations across a 10-day event period. The event also needed on-spot registration, real-time reporting and a smooth check-in process, while ensuring that the on-ground team had the required technical support and training.
Solution
Wowsly provided an end-to-end digital event management solution for Nav Taali. The setup included a dedicated event microsite with event-related information, live reports for registrations, payments and scanning, and QR-code pass generation for sponsors and guests.
Wowsly also enabled on-spot registration, with QR-code tickets delivered to guests through WhatsApp and Email after successful registration. For event-day operations, Wowsly implemented an offline-based check-in solution for faster scanning and entry management. Event curation, internet setup and a dedicated Tech Supervisor were also provided to support the on-ground team.
The Tech Supervisor supported manpower training and technical operations for the 10-day event period.
