Challenge
Boss Events Garba Groove required a reliable digital system to manage registrations, payments, QR-code passes and guest check-ins for a large-scale 10-day Garba event with up to 5,000 guests per day.
Solution
Wowsly provided an end-to-end event management solution with an event microsite, live registration, payment and scanning reports, and QR-code pass generation for sponsors and guests. On-spot registration was also enabled, with QR-code tickets delivered through WhatsApp and Email.
Wowsly implemented an offline-based check-in solution for faster scanning and entry, along with internet setup, event curation and a dedicated Tech Supervisor for manpower training and event monitoring throughout the 10-day event.
