Challenge
Managing a large Navratri event requires smooth coordination between online registrations and on-ground operations. The organizers needed a simple system to manage attendee registrations, payments, QR passes and event entry without creating long queues or manual work.
Another important requirement was to support last-minute and on-spot registrations while ensuring that every guest could receive a digital QR ticket quickly through WhatsApp or Email.
Solution
