Challenge
Managing registrations, guest entry and event communication for a large Navratri event required a smooth digital and on-ground system.
The organizers needed a solution that could handle attendee registrations, QR code passes, on-spot registrations and check-ins efficiently. They also wanted better communication with attendees through WhatsApp and a simple way to collect and share event memories.
Solution
Wowsly provided a complete event technology solution for GKC Alumni Navratri. A dedicated event microsite was created to bring all important event information together in one place.
The platform supported live tracking of registrations, payments and attendee scanning. QR code passes were generated for guests and attendees, while the on-spot registration feature allowed quick registration and instant ticket delivery through WhatsApp and Email.
To improve event communication, Wowsly also integrated the client's official WhatsApp registration system and API. A photo sharing and collection feature was provided to help manage event memories and media.
On the event day, a technical supervisor and trained manpower supported scan-ins, check-ins and box office operations to ensure a smooth experience.
