Managing a Navratri event with thousands of attendees required a smooth and organized entry process. The organizers needed a reliable system to handle registrations, QR code passes, on-spot ticketing and attendee check-ins without creating long queues.
The event also required trained manpower and technical support to manage scanning, check-ins and box office operations efficiently on the event day.
Solution
Wowsly provided a complete event technology and on-ground support solution for Divya Ratri 2025. A dedicated event microsite helped share important event information and manage registrations.
QR code passes were generated for guests and attendees, while live reports helped the organizers track registrations, payments and scanning activity.
The on-spot registration feature allowed guests to register quickly and receive their QR code tickets through WhatsApp and Email. An offline-based check-in system was also used to ensure faster and smoother entry.
On the event day, Wowsly provided a technical supervisor along with trained manpower to manage scan-ins, check-ins and box office operations. Wristbands were also arranged to support better attendee management.
