The solution included an event microsite with important event information, free and paid guest registration through online links, face ID upload, QR-code pass generation for guests and sponsors, and live reports for registrations, payments and scanning. Wowsly also implemented an online check-in and digital pass scanning solution for faster entry. On the event day, a tech supervisor supported system training and monitoring, while manpower assisted with registration desk operations, scan-in and check-in management.
