• Pass Validity – This pass is valid only for the event date(s) mentioned on it. Entry will be permitted only upon presenting a valid pass at the venue gate.
• Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable – Passes are non-transferable and cannot be resold. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including non-attendance.
• No Re-Entry – Once you exit the venue, re-entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
• Entry & Security – The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without assigning a reason. All attendees are subject to security checks at the venue. Outside food, drinks, alcohol, and prohibited items are not allowed.
• Code of Conduct – Any misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of event rules will lead to immediate removal from the venue without refund. Guests are expected to respect fellow attendees, performers, and staff.
• Safety & Liability – Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or injury. In case of an emergency or unfavorable weather, the event schedule may be modified without prior notice.
• Photography & Media – By entering the venue, you consent to photography, video recording, and media coverage. The organizers may use such content for promotional purposes without compensation.
• Organizer Rights – The organizers reserve the right to change the timing, or format of the event without prior notice.
