Rules and Instructions
Ticket Validity: Each ticket/pass is valid only for the date, category and number of persons specified on the ticket.
- Entry: A valid ticket/QR code/entry band must be presented at the entrance. Entry is subject to security checks and verification.
- Ticket Sale: Tickets purchased through authorised ticketing platforms or authorised Event counters only will be considered valid. Duplicate, counterfeit, tampered or unauthorised tickets will not be accepted.
- Non-Transferable: Tickets may not be resold or commercially transferred without prior approval from the Organiser.
- Refund & Cancellation: Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where a refund is specifically announced by the Organiser/ticketing platform.
- Non-Attendance: No refund will be provided for failure to attend, late arrival, change of plans or any personal reason.
- Event Changes: The Organiser reserves the right to modify Event timings, schedule, performers, activities, layout or other arrangements when required. Such changes will not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Cancellation/Postponement: In case of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances within or beyond the Organiser’s control, the applicable refund/rescheduling policy will be communicated through the authorised ticketing platform.
- Weather & Force Majeure: The Organiser shall not be liable for delays, interruption, postponement or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil disturbances, technical emergencies or other force majeure events.
- Parking: Parking facilities are available subject to venue capacity and operational arrangements. A parking facility does not guarantee a reserved parking space unless specifically mentioned in the ticket category.
- Vehicle Liability: Attendees are responsible for their vehicles and belongings. The Organiser/venue shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
- Security Check: Attendees may be subject to frisking/bag checks and other security procedures. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, sharp objects, explosives, inflammable materials, illegal substances, narcotics, oversized luggage, professional recording equipment without permission and any other item considered unsafe by security are prohibited.
- Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the Event premises, subject to venue/Event rules.
- Alcohol & Intoxication: Entry may be refused to persons found intoxicated or behaving under the influence of alcohol/illegal substances. Unruly behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
- Code of Conduct: The Event is intended to be a family-friendly celebration. Fighting, abusive behaviour, harassment, vandalism, inappropriate conduct or disturbance to other attendees/staff may result in immediate removal from the premises.
- Children & Minors: Children/minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times.
- VIP/Elite Tickets: Benefits such as priority entry, dedicated parking, food coupons, VIP food zone and other privileges will be provided only as specifically mentioned under the respective ticket category and are subject to operational availability.
- Food & Stalls: Food, beverages and products may be sold by independent vendors. Availability, pricing and menu are subject to the respective vendor’s terms.
- Photography & Videography: Photography and videography may be carried out during the Event. By entering the premises, attendees acknowledge that their image/likeness may appear in Event photographs, videos, promotional material or social media content, subject to applicable law.
- Lost & Found: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Lost items should be reported to the Event help desk/security team. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery.
- Medical Assistance: Basic first-aid/emergency assistance will be arranged as available. Attendees are responsible for considering their own health and physical fitness before participating in Garba/dance activities.
- Right of Admission: The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry where necessary for safety, security, legal, operational or behavioural reasons.
- Event Rules: All attendees must follow instructions issued by the Organiser, Event staff, security personnel and venue management.
- Liability: The Organiser will take reasonable measures for the safe and smooth conduct of the Event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be liable for losses resulting from an attendee’s own actions, negligence, violation of Event rules or circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities in Amravati, Maharashtra.
- Acceptance: Purchase of a ticket and/or entry into The Dholida Fest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
