Rules and Instructions
Please read the following rules carefully before purchasing your ticket and attending the event.
๐ซ Entry & Tickets
- Entry is strictly valid only with a confirmed ticket/pass.
- Each ticket is valid for one person only, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
- Guests must present their QR ticket/pass at the entrance for verification.
- Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise announced by the organisers.
- Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket is found to be duplicated, tampered with, or invalid.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Guests may be required to show a valid ID for age or ticket verification.
๐บ Event & Dance Floor
- Guests are requested to follow the instructions of the event organisers and security team at all times.
- Please maintain respectful behaviour on the dance floor and avoid pushing, shoving or aggressive dancing.
- Dandiya sticks must be used responsibly. Do not swing or use them in a manner that may injure another guest.
- Please respect personal space and maintain appropriate conduct with fellow attendees.
- The organisers may temporarily restrict access to the dance floor if it reaches capacity.
๐ Dress Code
- Guests are encouraged to wear traditional Garba/Navratri attire.
- Comfortable footwear is recommended as the event involves extended dancing.
- Clothing or accessories that could pose a safety risk on the dance floor may be restricted.
๐ธ Photography & Recording
- Photography and videography may take place throughout the event.
- By entering the venue, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs, videos and promotional content.
- Professional photography equipment, tripods or large recording equipment may require prior permission.
๐ก๏ธ Safety & Security
- Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Please immediately report any suspicious activity or emergency to event staff.
- In case of an emergency, guests must follow instructions from venue staff and security personnel.

- The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest who violates these rules, behaves inappropriately, threatens the safety of others, or disrupts the event.
- Any damage caused to venue property may be charged to the person responsible.
- Event timings, performers, activities and arrangements may be changed by the organisers if required.
- In case of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control, the applicable refund/transfer policy will be communicated separately.
