1. Ticket Booking & Pass Regulations

1.1 Strict No-Refund Policy

All tickets and passes purchased for Rangraas Pre-Navratri Ahmedabad are strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable, except in case of cancellation or indefinite postponement of the event by the Organizer.

1.2 Non-Transferable Tickets

Tickets and passes are issued to the registered attendee and may not be transferred, resold, duplicated, or commercially exchanged without written authorization from the Organizer.

1.3 Genuine Tickets

Only Tickets must be purchased only through the official ticketing platform or authorized booking channels announced by the Organizer. The Organizer will not be responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized individuals, agents, social media accounts, or third-party sources.

1.4 QR Code / Digital Ticket

Each ticket or pass may contain a unique QR code. The QR code will be scanned at the entry gate. Duplicate, tampered, screenshot-based, or already-used tickets may be rejected.

1.5 Ticket Cancellation by Organizer

In case the event is cancelled or indefinitely postponed by the Organizer, refund processing, if applicable, will be carried out according to the applicable ticketing platform and Organizer policy.

2. Entry & ID Verification

2.1 Mandatory Government ID

Every attendee must carry a valid government-issued photo ID, such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or any other valid government-approved photo ID.

2.2 Name Verification

Where applicable, the name/details on the ticket may be verified against the attendee's valid ID.

2.3 No Re-Entry

No re-entry will be permitted once an attendee exits the venue, unless specifically authorized by the Organizer or security management.

Strict Arrival Windows: Entry gates typically open between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Late entry after a specific timeframe (often 30 minutes past the headline performance start) may be denied entirely.

3. Age & Children Policy

Age restrictions and ticket requirements may vary according to the event category and venue regulations. Children must comply with the applicable age and ticket policy mentioned on the official booking page. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children accompanying them.

Age Limits: Check the event guidelines before purchasing. Most venues require full-priced tickets for children aged 5 or 8 and above.

4. Dress Code & Cultural Conduct

Rangraas Pre-Navratri Ahmedabad celebrates the traditional spirit of Garba and Dandiya. Attendees are strongly encouraged to wear appropriate traditional festive attire, including Chaniya Choli / Traditional Gujarati Attire for women and Kediyu, Kurta-Pyjama / Traditional Gujarati Attire for men. All attendees are expected to maintain appropriate cultural decorum and respectful behaviour throughout the event.

5. Prohibited Items

For safety and security reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: outside food and beverages; alcoholic beverages; cigarettes / tobacco products; illegal substances; sharp objects; weapons or weapon-like objects; metal or sharp Dandiya sticks; firecrackers; laser pointers; and any other item considered dangerous by the security team. Traditional Dandiya sticks may be permitted subject to venue and security guidelines. Security personnel may conduct physical and/or baggage checks at the entry gates.

6. Security & Safety

All attendees must cooperate with the Organizer, security personnel, medical team, and venue staff. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone violating the rules, remove persons creating disturbance or behaving inappropriately, confiscate prohibited items, and take appropriate action in case of misconduct, harassment, violence, or violation of applicable law. No refund will be provided to anyone denied entry or removed from the venue due to violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Event Timing

Attendees are advised to arrive sufficiently early to complete ticket/QR verification, ID check, security screening, and venue entry. Entry may be delayed during peak hours due to security checks and crowd management. The Organizer reserves the right to modify event timings, entry procedures, artist schedules, or other operational arrangements when required for safety, security, or event management.

8. Photography & Media

By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge that photography, videography, live streaming, and other media coverage may take place during the event. The Organizer may use event photographs and video footage for promotional, marketing, social media, advertising, and archival purposes.

9. Important Disclaimer

The Organizer and Event Management Team reserve the right to make necessary changes to venue arrangements, entry procedures, security protocols, timings, performances, or other event-related arrangements without prior notice where required for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons. Entry is subject to valid ticket/pass verification and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
