TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 🎟️ Tickets once booked are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as specifically mentioned in the cancellation policy below.
2. 🌧️ Natural Calamity / Force Majeure: If the show is cancelled due to any natural calamity, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, 50% of the payment amount will be refunded.
3. 💰 Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the official cancellation announcement.
4. 🚫 NO ALCOHOL / LIQUOR IS ALLOWED at the venue. Entry may be denied to anyone carrying or consuming alcohol.
5. 🚭 Smoking, vaping and tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside the event premises.
6. 🔪 Weapons, sharp objects, explosives or any dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
7. 🚫 Illegal drugs or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
8. 👮 The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person found violating event rules, without refund.
9. 🎫 Valid ticket/pass is mandatory for entry. Entry will be subject to security checking.
10. 🪪 Guests may be required to show a valid government-issued ID when requested by the organizers/security team.
11. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children/minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, wherever applicable.
12. 📸 Photography/videography may be carried out during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
13. ⚠️ The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, artist lineup, venue arrangements or other event details due to unavoidable circumstances.
14. 💺 Ticket/pass does not guarantee a specific seat or location unless specifically mentioned on the ticket.
15. 🛡️ Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
16. ⚖️ By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, attendees agree to follow all event rules, security instructions and applicable laws.
17. The final decision of the event management regarding entry, security and venue rules shall be binding.
