Neat Everyday Ahmedabad 10Km Run 2027

I am voluntarily participating in the Neat EveryDay 10 km run 2027 with complete knowledge of the associated risks and I agree to accept complete responsibility for all risks of injury. I also acknowledge that Neat EveryDay 10 km run 2027 does not offer formal training for this race. By signing this Waiver, I declare that I am medically and physically fit and capable of participating in this event and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the Neat EveryDay 10 km run 2027. 

I hereby grant my consent and permission to Neat EveryDay 10 km run 2027, its Partner organizations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity. 

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its officials, sponsors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of my participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury or damage caused to third parties.

I understand and acknowledge that the Event Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings during the Event. 

I agree not to consume or be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances before or during the Event. The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant found in violation of this clause. 

I acknowledge that the Event Organizer does not provide personal accident, medical, or life insurance coverage for participants. I am responsible for arranging my own insurance, if desired. 

Once registration is confirmed, the fees will be non-refundable unless the event gets cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, emergencies or any other situations beyond our control that necessitate cancellation or postponement of the event. 

By consenting this waiver, I have indicated that I have read, understood and agreed to the contents of Waiver and Release Form.
