🔹 Rights of admission are reserved with the organizer.
🔹 The organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule without prior notice.
🔹 Entry will be permitted only after thorough security checks and through designated entrances.
🔹 Re-entry is not permitted.

🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS 🚫

No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are allowed inside the venue or seating area.

🛂 Ticket holders’ belongings will be searched upon entry. If a ticket holder refuses the search or is found carrying prohibited items, entry may be denied without refund or compensation.

🚭 DRUG-FREE EVENT POLICY 🚭

The event is strictly drug-free. Any person found using, possessing, procuring, supplying, or consuming drugs/narcotics/psychotropic substances (as per the NDPS Act, 1985) will be immediately evicted and not refunded, and legal action may be initiated.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaving dangerously, or acting inappropriately. The organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.

📸 RECORDING POLICY 📸

Use of audio equipment, video cameras, still cameras, or any recording devices is strictly prohibited.

🎫 TICKET CONDITIONS 🎫

Tickets are issued as per the rules of the organizer and venue management.
The organizer is not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Underage visitors are not permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
The organizer and venue are not liable for issues caused by unauthorized duplication of tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once purchased, except if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Only the ticket amount will be refunded if the event is cancelled. Other fees (internet handling, processing, parking, etc.) are non-refundable.
Tickets with tampered security features will be treated as invalid.
For student discounts to be apllicable,valid Student ID is mandatory.
