Rules and Instructions
Here are the essential rules and regulations to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable Dandiya Night event for all attendees:
🚫 Prohibited Items & Activities
- No Outside Elements: Outside food, alcoholic beverages, and commercial video recording equipment are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Banned Items: Weapons, sharp objects, lasers, and illegal substances are completely banned.
- Zero Tolerance: Misbehavior, rowdy dancing, or rowdiness will lead to immediate removal by security without a refund.
🎫 Ticketing & Entry Rules
- Valid Passes Only: Every attendee must present a valid physical ticket or a digital QR code at the gate.
- Identification: Carry a government-issued photo ID for age and identity verification.
- Re-entry Policy: Re-entry to the venue is strictly prohibited once you exit, unless explicitly authorized by the event staff.
💃 Dress Code & Gear
- Footwear Guidelines: Dress shoes, sneakers, or bare feet are recommended for the dance floor. High heels are discouraged to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
- Stick Handling: Dandiya sticks must be handled responsibly and used only for dancing. Using them aggressively will result in confiscation.

- Child Supervision: Children must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times.
- Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Right of Admission: The management reserves the absolute right of admission and can deny entry to anyone violating event decorum.
